The Wind Turbine Certification Project Management(PM) Engineer is responsible for leading, planning, and executing project management of certification projects, ensuring projects meet all technical, regulatory, and safety standards and certification schemes’ requirements. The ideal PM engineer will have a strong background in wind energy, engineering, and project management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients to ensure the high-quality deliverables on time.

61 负责在内外部关联方之间收集、传递所有必要的认证文件。
61 确保符合当地和国际标准（如IEC 61400）。
61 与在内外部关联方密切合作，协调审核、检查和测试过程等的安排。
83 风险合规管理：
61 识别、评估并管理认证过程中的潜在风险。
61 监控项目执行的成本，确保项目在预定成本内执行完成。
61 监控并解决项目进度或标准偏差等问题。
61 项目交付客户之前，与商务部门确定，商务部分已经闭环。
83 利益相关方沟通：
61 作为风力发电机认证相关事务的主要联络人。
61 向高层管理人员、客户和合作伙伴定期汇报认证进度。
61 主持与利益相关者的会议，解决问题并确保项目顺利执行。

83 Certification Projects Management:
01 Lead and manage the certification process for wind turbine projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and timely delivery.
01 Coordinate with internal teams (different competence areas) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers).
01 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and on-time certification completion.
83 Certification Process:
01 Collect and express all mandatory documentation between internal and external relevant partners.
01 Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IEC 61400).
01 Work closely with internal and external relevant partners to arrange facilitate audits, inspections, and testing.
83 Risk and Compliance Management:
01 Identify, assess, and manage potential risks throughout the certification process.
01 Oversee project cost and ensure the execution under cost.
01 Monitor and address any issues or deviations from project schedules or standards.
01 Ensure the commercial contract or payment with commercial department before sending deliverables to clients.
83 Stakeholder Communication:
01 Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to wind turbine certification.
01 Provide regular updates to senior management, clients, and partners on the progress of certification.
01 Lead meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
83 Continuous Improvement:
01 Stay updated with industry trends, inquiries related and transmit to internal commercial department.
01 Contribute to the development of efficient internal processes to streamline certification activities.
01 Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications & Abilities:
资质和能力
83 力学、机械工程、可再生能源或相关领域的本科或硕士学位。
83 熟悉或了解IECRE, IEC 61400系列，DNV/GL guideline等认证标准、模块和流程。
83 1~3年风能行业经验或与认证相关的项目管理经验。
83 有与认证机构（如T05V、DNV）合作的经验
83 较强的项目管理能力，能够规划、组织和优先处理任务。
83 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与多个团队和利益相关者有效合作。
83 良好的问题解决和决策能力。
83 熟练使用项目管理工具和办公软件。
83 能够流利的使用英语表达和书写。
83 Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanics, mechanical engineering, renewable or a related field.
83 Familiar with certification standards, their modules and procedures of IEC 61400 series, DNV/GL guideline, etc.
83 1~ 3 years’ experience in wind energy industry or project management experience of certification.
83 Experience working with certification bodies (e.g., T05V, DNV).
83 Strong project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
83 Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
83 Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
83 Proficiency in using project management tools and office software.
83 Fluent in English and Chinese, oral and written.

Travel may be required for site visits, audits, and meetings with external stakeholders.

Be in good health, have no contraindications to relevant occupational diseases and be able to provide a qualified medical report.

Be able to use personal protective equipment correctly, understand the relevant chemical hazards and disposal requirements, and comply with local and customer site EHS-related legal and regulatory requirements.
