Purpose
The primary responsibilities include, and not limited to:
1. Collection, validation and management of existing data sets such as product data, supplier data, and other data critical for sustainability purposes.
2. Creation and/or maintenance of new data sets such as UNSPSC product and material nomenclature and codes, supplier primary carbon emissions, etc.
3. Follow up and engage with relevant stakeholders and data owners such as Product Development and Sourcing to improve data sets and close data gaps.
4. Support the Senior Compliance and Sustainability Specialist/Engineer in development of guidelines and processes.
5. Identify and document reporting requirements for sustainability / regulatory needs and coordinate development of relevant reports with Data and Analytics team.
6. Support and/or run workshops/trainings with relevant stakeholders on data required, improving data gaps, etc.
7. Liaise with relevant IT or system owners to ensure the data is stored and managed in the appropriate system or tool.

2. Presentation skills both in creating presentations and presenting to an audience
3. Ability to create structure in a non-structured setting

Technical Skill Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of Excel &Bi tools required
2. Knowledge of technical terminologies and nomenclature preferred
3. Good Knowledge in sustainability relevant EU regulations and standards(ISO140001)
4. Familiar with manufacturing procedure of electronic products
5. Familiar with component and product IT data management system(ERP, PDM etc)
6. Knowledge of product LCA carbon calculation methodology & software preferred
Educational and Previous Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science
2. Good English, both written and spoken English
3. Preferable – experience in business analytics
4. At least 5 years experience in sustainability or relevant industries, direct experience in manufacture ‘s CCF (Corporate Carbon Footprint ) and electronic products’ PCF(Product Carbon Footprint) projects are preferable
