【岗位职责】
1、充分理解产品需求和市场竞品对标,推动内部支持部门进行项目开发。
2、自发主动地管理项目进度,带领产品开发、报价以及试样等环节,并及时跟进到确认。与研发、包装、供应链、法规等部门协同,推进项目难点的决策,确保项目按时优质交付。
3、能灵活应变,高效组织,快速响应,确保项目按时落地,完成销售目标。
4、组织双方或多方会议,包括产品经理、运营经理以及内部同事,有条理安排会议内容,完成会议主题沟通,为项目管理过程碰到的难点做好疏通工作。
5、支持优化项目管理团队的其他事项。
