1. 负责泰国本地员工招聘,对接部门需求,筛选简历,组织面试(生产普工、技术岗为主)。
2. 管理员工考勤,处理打卡异常、加班申请,按月汇总数据对接总部薪酬系统。
3. 执行新员工入职流程,组织入职培训。
4. 维护员工关系,策划工厂活动,管理员工档案,确保符合泰国劳动法。
5. 跟进泰国劳动法规(如最低工资、休假制度),协助完成合规检查。
6. 协助中泰团队沟通,支持工厂日常运营。
Human Resources Specialist – Shantou (Guangdong), Thailand
【 Job Description 】
1. Responsible for local staff recruitment in Thailand, meeting the needs of the department, screening resumes, and organizing interviews (mainly for general and technical jobs).
2. Manage staff attendance, handle abnormal clocking and overtime applications, collect data monthly to connect with the headquarters salary system.
3. Execute the new employee entry process and organize the induction training.
4. Maintain employee relations, plan factory activities, manage employee files and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws.
5. Follow up Thai labor regulations (e.g. Minimum wage, leave system) and assist in compliance inspection.
6. Assist the Thai team to communicate with each other and support the daily operation of the factory.
