This role provides high-level administrative support to MD and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of MD’s schedule and responsibilities. Provide project management support and assist in the successful delivery.. Support in creating a more efficient internal business environment
Calendar and Meeting Management:
61 Organize and coordinate meetings, including travel, logistics, materials, and technology setup
61 Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
61 Help coordinate events, conferences and workshops for cross-functional teams, including arranging agendas, venues, invitations and logistics.
Document Management:
61 Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
61 Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other business documents.
61 Organize or perform Chinese/English translations related to MD activities.
Communication:
61 Act as a focal point for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate and efficient communication to the right people and follow up on issues as directed by the MD.
61 Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive, including emails, memos, and reports.
Project Management:
61 Planning and execution of projects and initiatives.
61 Project management, tracking progress, coordinating resources and facilitating communication between teams.
Confidentiality:
61 Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
61 Filing, handling confidential information, etc.
Other duties as assigned by the MD

1. Bachelor degree above
2. 6-8 years of relevant experience supporting Sr. Leaders or Executives in MNC's with a focus on administrative support and project management.
3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
