bdp Group was founded in 1992 and combines law firm (Soziet01t), auditing company, management consulting company and procurement company for mechanical components. Up to date, we opened 14 offices in Europe and China and have more than 135 partners and employees. Established in 2013 in Tianjin, bdp Management Consulting (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., nowadays has offices in Shanghai and Qingdao as well. We offer German, Austrian and Swiss SMEs a broad range of services in the realms of company establishment, financial accounting, auditing, tax and legal advice. Further, our bdp China Desk consists of qualified auditors, tax consultants, management consultants, lawyers and bookkeepers in Germany and China. We currently serve 100 German, Austrian and Swiss companies from automotive, manufacturing, chemical, energy, automation, machine, medical, banking and financial sectors in China.

In order to strengthen our team in Shanghai, we are now looking for a Consulting Assistant to join our family. Location: Shanghai or Taicang
工作内容
1. 协助咨询顾问完成公司设立、德籍员工派遣、代理记账、税务、法律、中德并购等咨询工作;
2. 与政府部门、银行、合作公司对接，收集相关信息，协助咨询顾问和项目团队完成客户委托的项目;
3. 负责中德客户的对接和沟通工作，与客户建立良好的合作关系，及时掌握客户情况，并把相关信息反馈给顾问和项目团队;
4. 接待中德客户来访;
5. 协助市场部在上海和周边城市举办研讨会、讲座或推广活动。
Job Description
1. Assist Consultants to complete the company set up, German expats secondment, bookkeeping, tax, legal, China-Germany M&A and other consulting work;
2. Connect with authorities, banks and cooperation companies, collect relevant information and assist Consultants and project team to complete the projects entrusted by the client;
3. Interface and communication between Chinese and German clients, establish a good relationship with clients, know the situation of clients in a timely manner and feedback the relevant information to the consultants and project teams;
4. Reception of Chinese and German clients visit;
5. Assist the marketing department to carry out workshops, seminars or promotional activities in Shanghai and neighboring cities.
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，一年以上工作经验，热衷管理咨询工作;
2. 具备熟练的商务英语听说读写能力（会德语优先考虑）;
3. 有过企业管理咨询工作经验者优先考虑;
4. 性格开朗，善于沟通，服务意识强，具有高度的工作责任心和团队合作精神，能适应高强度，快节奏工作;
5. 熟练使用MS Office 办公软件;
6. 具有较强的分析问题及解决问题的能力，具备清晰的逻辑思维和推理能力。
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than one year working experience, passionate about management consulting;
2. Proficient in business English, listening, reading and writing (German preferred);
3. Previous experience in business management consulting is preferred;
4. Cheerful personality, good communication, strong sense of service, a high degree of responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to high-intensity, fast-paced work;
5. Proficient in MS Office software;
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear logical thinking and reasoning ability.
