Responsibilities:
1.Managing compliance data/documents with supply chain partners.
2.Assist in leading supply chain root cause investigations for non-compliance issues.
3.Support for audits and training to Client suppliers within the planned timeframe.
4.Coordinating issues between suppliers and the Client’s technical team, tracking progress until resolution is achieved.
5.Conducting periodic reviews of the entire project’s progress, gathering lessons learned, and providing improvement suggestions.
6.Ensuring accuracy of data reporting through reviews with Client’s technical teams.
7.Collaborating with suppliers to support compliance, including the development and effective delivery of supplier training programs.
8.Leading, organizing, and driving work on complex projects with tight timelines to support project readiness review(s).
9.Utilizing product lifecycle management (PLM) tools with a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, practices, concepts, and terms.
10.Engagement with project engineering teams and external vendors to provide environment assessments on materials.
11.Summarize RoHS exemption requirements and other RSS requirements through TRM data review.
12.Provide weekly summary on project updates for internal key stakeholders.
13.Coordinate regulated substance testing with FATPs, material/part suppliers and external test labs, execute 100% of NPI material/product test plan that’s developed by product DRI
14.Work with FATPs to execute IQC/OQC XRF ESQE test plan
15.Track and Monitor NPI TRM progress to ensure 100% completion prior to program shipment.
Skills:
16.Knowledge of restricted substances and energy efficiency is a plus
17.Individual who thrives in the details and able to manage multiple deliverables
18.Experience with tools such as Atlassian, Keynote and Tableau is preferred
19.Excellent communication and presentation skills
20.Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, schedule-driven
