In 2010, Calix China Development Center, "凯易讯," was funded in Nanjing Software Valley, located on Software Avenue, with convenient transportation. Calix CDC comprises nearly 300 professionals specializing in software and hardware development, testing, supply chain, and project management. Our team members hail from well-known companies in the IT and Internet industry. We collaborate with global teams to develop core products.
As a member of the global Automation Test team, you will participate in the automation test projects.
After interning with this team for over six months, you will:
61Gain programming experience primarily in Python, Go, etc.
61Deepen your understanding of the development environment and automation test.
61Improve your problem-solving and analytical skills
61Enhance your experience working in an English environment and collaborating with international teams
Internship Duration
61The internship can start immediately upon successful interview
61Work 3-5 days per week
61The internship period is 6 months or longer
Responsibilities
61Work closely with engineers to develop new features of Calix Automation Platform.
61Develop and maintain new tools to support daily automation work.
61Support to fix ad-hoc issues from AutoDev and ARF teams.
Basic Qualification
61Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027
61Available for an internship lasting 6 months or longer
61Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication, or a related field
61Mastery over Git and other versioning tools
61Knowledge of programming languages. (Python / Go / C++)
61Basic knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, PPPoE, DHCP, IGMP etc.
61Be familiar with Linux system, can read and write Shell Script.
61Be familiar with the automation test process, such as Pytest.
61Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
61Self-motivation and aptitude for problem-solving
61Ability to work in a team and willing to learn
Preferred Qualification
61Experience with traffic generators such as IXIA. STC
61Experience with CICD tool stack, such as Bamboo, Gitlab, Jenkins.
61Experience using Docker containers
Allowance
61200-280 RMB per day, adjusted based on the internship stage and performance.
