1. 平面设计，艺术设计，视觉传达，绘画等专业，接受大三大四实习或兼职； Educational Background: Graphic Design, Art Design, Visual Communication, Painting, or related fields. This position is open to both interns and part-timers from the third and fourth years of university.
2. 熟练掌握 PS，AI、CorelDRAW、基本网页与平面设计等技能； Technical Skills: To have great proficiency in using graphic software such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW, and basic web design tools. Be Knowledgeable of both digital and print media is essential.
3. 具备良好的艺术直觉与基本美学概念； Artistic Sense: Possess a good artistic intuition and understanding of fundamental aesthetic principles.
4. 对品牌色彩、画面质感、构图要素、视觉结构把握敏锐，具有把握不同风格页面的能力； Design Sensitivity: Highly sensitive to brand colors, image quality, composition elements, and visual structure. Ability to handle different design styles for various pages effectively.
5. 良好的沟通与协调能力，工作态度积极认真，热爱设计行业； Communication Skills: Decent communication and coordination sense. Be positive towards work and a passionate for the design are required.
6. 具备一定的学习与理解力，能够理解公司产品与业务逻辑需求，能够清晰了解物料设计元素之间的主 次关系，视觉流程，逻辑线等； Learning and Understanding: Capable of learning and understanding product mix and business logic. Must be able to grasp the hierarchy among design elements, understand visual flow, and maintain logical consistency within designs.
7. 需要携带过往独立设计的作品集来参与面试。 Past Working Portfolio: Candidates will be requested to bring along a portfolio of previous independent design projects to the interview.
