MISSION 岗位目标
1. Calibration engineer is responsible for the product calibration design activities.
标定工程师负责产品标定设计工作。
2. Accomplish all tasks link to calibration activities in line with calibration process and quality standard while respecting global calibration schedule.
根据标定流程和质量标准完成与标定活动相关的所有任务，同时遵守全球标定计划。
3. Define appropriate control logic and strategy to ensure design quality and robustness.
确定适当的控制逻辑和策略，确保设计的质量和可靠性。
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1. Organize preparation of testing for location study, analyze results and submit report, make proposal to customer for location optimization if needed and support customer for the better sensor location.
组织安装定位研究测试准备工作，分析结果并提交报告，根据需要向客户提出安装定位优化建议，并为客户提供更好的传感器安装定位支持。
2. Follow-up tests schedule and preparation (Review Veoneer requirements with customer and/or crash lab).
跟进测试计划和准备工作（与客户或碰撞实验室审查 Veoneer 要求）。
3. Verify data are received in accordance with expected project schedule, store the data in appropriate location, analyze and process the data.
按照预期项目进度接收数据，将数据存储在适当位置，分析并处理数据。
4. Verify necessary pre-requisite are available (calibration tool, algorithm guidelines, preprocessing, RTTF…)
验证必要的先决条件是否具备（校准工具、算法指南、预处理、RTTF......）。
5. Define appropriate logic and strategy to ensure design quality and robustness, present and discuss performances with customer (submit calibration report).
确定适当的逻辑和策略以确保设计质量和可靠性，向客户展示并讨论性能（提交校准报告）。
6. Comply with calibration process (tracing, checks, performances…).
遵守校准流程（跟踪、检查、性能......）。
7. Learn to use new algorithm generation design, Support the algorithm team for customer communication.
学习使用新算法生成设计，支持算法团队与客户沟通。
8. Participate in the product /process team meeting.
参加产品或流程团队会议。
9. Other related work assigned by leader.
领导分配的其他相关工作。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 任职要求
1. Diploma: Bachelor’s degree of Electronic Engineering, Automation or Computer Science.
学历要求：本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化或计算机相关专业毕业。
2. Working Experience: 1-2 years’ related experience. Has experience in using and programming with MATLAB, HTML format and excel macros. Electronic development or experience of automotive product development is preferred. Exposure to automotive passive safety electronics and passive safety systems are preferred.
工作经验要求：1-2 年相关工作经验。具有使用 MATLAB、HTML 格式和 excel 宏编程的经验。有电子开发或汽车产品开发经验者优先。接触过汽车被动安全电子设备和被动安全系统者优先。
3. Language: Good English listening and writing.
语言要求：英语听力和写作可以办公。
4. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in mechanics and signal processing. Have Project Management Skill. Have Risk Management Skill.
