As our eCommerce Content Specialist you will be responsible for:
61 Cooperate with the annual or quarterly digital marketing plans of the e-commerce business, be responsible for the content marketing strategies of major channels, as well as the production of short videos and the implementation of IP/campaigns.
61 Manage Agency/TP/DP, plan and produce various forms of content such as short videos, images and texts, and live broadcasts, to increase brand exposure and interaction rate.
61 Data Analysis and Optimization:Monitor key indicators (such as CTR, CVR, etc.), analyse user behaviour data, generate data reports and propose improvement suggestions
61 Cross-departmental collaboration
61 Collaborate with the merchannt and sales teams to drive marketing activities and the launch of new products.
61 Connect with external suppliers (such as advertising platforms, KOLs) to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
61 Co-work with agencies to ensure that the quality and quantity of content (Images, words, videos, in-store livestreams, etc) meets the brand's requirements and be completed within the schedule.
61 Assist in the pitch of KOL live stream, including initial communication, document submission, and proposal writing, etc.
61 Responsible for EC assets management and distribution in a timely manner.
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
61 Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, EC Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
61 1 years+ relevant work experience in content, especially in live stream and short video production, and execution in retail.
61 Logical and coherent, with excellent cross-team communication and project management skills.
61 Show interest in industry trends and new technologies, and possess a strong learning enthusiasm.
61 Familiar with EC platform’s content ecosystem.
61 AI tools experience is a plus.
