Objectives & Responsibilities
Contract review and administration
-Take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract in Iprocess system;
-Create the order in SAP and maintenance the relevant information;
Project plan, analysis and control
-To establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning;
-To take responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments;
-To be in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management;
-To coordinate internal supporting function for timing and cost analysis;
-To build and maintain customer relationship;
Money collection
-Follow ABB collection process to ensure receive the money on time;
-To coordinate related resource to complete the payment procedure from customer;
Others
-Revenue forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. Revenue KPI responsible;
-AR forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. NWC(AR) KPI responsible;
-Site visit and maintain customer relationship;
Educational Requirements
Master's degree or above硕士及以上学历
Be fluent in both written and spoken English 良好的英语口语及写作能力
