岗位职责:
1. 负责全球集团合并报表系统项目实施和运维;
2. 组织并协调相关责任人完成系统测试、数据收集、手册编撰,用户培训及上线支持等工作;
3. 负责相关用户的培训、知识传递及运维工作,建立问题处理知识库;
4. 针对运行维护中发现的一些应用和技术问题,进行分析整理,并给出相应的解决方案;
5. 负责合并报表系统与主数据等系统接口工作;
6. HFM用户权限设计与分配相关工作。
7. 支持集团财务和报告团队月度结账和汇报工作。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,财务或计算机相关专业;
2. 有三个以上实施HFM合并报表项目经验;
3. 能熟练编写业务规则,产品、市场、科目等维度设计及相关建模;
4. 熟练掌握HFM开发技术;
5. 良好的中英文文档撰写能力,表达能力;
6、具有较好项目管理能力,有良好的协调沟通能力;
7、工作积极主动,有责任心,有良好的团队合作精神
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of the global group consolidated reporting system project.
2. Organize and coordinate relevant responsible persons to complete system testing, data collection, manual compilation, user training and online support.
3. Be responsible for the training, knowledge transfer and operation and maintenance of relevant users, and establish a knowledge base for problem handling.
4. Analyze and sort out some application and technical problems found in operation and maintenance and give corresponding solutions.
5. Be responsible for the interface between the consolidated report system, master data and other systems.
6. Work related to the design and distribution of HFM user rights.
7. Support corporate accounting and reporting team on the monthly closing and reporting activities.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance or computer.
2. Have more than three experiences in implementing HFM consolidated statement projects.
3. Proficient in writing business rules, product, market, subject and other dimension design and related modeling.
4. Proficiency in HFM development technology.
5. Good document writing ability and expression ability in Mandarin and English.
6. Good project management ability, good coordination, and communication ability.
7. Proactive, responsible, and good team spirit.
