Job Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all products comply with China's food regulations, including GB Standards, SAMR, CIQ requirements & etc.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents for product
registration and approval.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and advise internal teams accordingly.
2. Labeling & Ingredient Compliance
- Review and validate product labels to ensure compliance with China’s labeling requirements (e.g., Chinese GB standards, nutrition labeling, allergen declarations & etc.).
- Assess ingredients against China’s approved food additive list and restricted substances.
3. Liaison with Authorities & Stakeholders
- Engage with Chinese regulatory authorities (e.g., SAMR, GACC, CIQ) for product registration, certification, and approvals.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to gather required regulatory documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments (QA, A&R, Sales) to ensure compliance with product development and market entry.
4. Regulatory Intelligence & Advisory
- Monitor regulatory updates in China and provide impact assessments to the business.
- Develop regulatory strategies to facilitate smooth market entry and expansion.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions to related stakeholders on regulatory changes affecting business operations.
5. To perform any other duties and ad-hoc task as assigned by superior and management from time to time.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Regulatory Affairs, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the food industry with exposure to the China market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
- Strong knowledge of China’s food regulations and regulatory trends, including GB Standards, SAMR, and import/export requirements.
- Experience in regulatory submissions, product labeling compliance, and ingredient assessments.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to regulatory challenges.
- Knowledge of global food regulatory frameworks (Codex, ASEAN, EU, US FDA) is an advantage.

- 关注中国法规动态,并提供业务影响评估。
- 制定法规策略,确保产品顺利进入市场并扩展业务。
- 组织培训,提高相关人员对法规变更对业务影响的认识。
职位资格:
- 食品科学、法规事务、生物技术或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
- 1-2 年法规事务经验,优先考虑具备食品行业及中国市场相关经验者。
- 深入了解中国食品法规及监管趋势,包括 GB 标准、SAMR 及进出口要求。
- 具备法规申报、产品标签合规及成分评估的经验。
- 关注细节,具备良好的分析能力进行法规评估。
- 能够独立工作,同时具备跨部门协作能力。
- 具备积极主动及以解决方案为导向的工作态度。
- 了解全球食品法规框架(如 Codex、东盟、欧盟、美国 FDA)者优先。
