一、职位概述 / Job Overview
负责汽车电子产品的声学设计与开发,包括换能器设计、信号处理、测试验证及多传感器融合优化。需具备声学理论基础、仿真与测试经验,熟悉汽车电子可靠性标准。
Be responsible for the acoustic design and development of automotive electronic products, including transducer design, signal processing, testing and verification, as well as the optimization of multi-sensor fusion. Candidates should have a solid foundation in acoustic theory, experience in simulation and testing, and be familiar with the reliability standards of automotive electronics.
二、岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
1、声学器件设计与开发 / Acoustic Device Design & Development
负责汽车电子的设计、仿真与优化,包括压电材料选型、谐振频率调试、声场指向性分析。
Design, simulate, and optimize ultrasonic sensor transducers for automotive applications, including piezoelectric material selection, resonant frequency tuning, and acoustic field directivity analysis.
参与汽车电子的声学-电磁兼容性设计,确保透波性与振动噪声抑制。
Participate in the acoustic-EMC design of radar housings to ensure wave transparency and vibration/noise suppression.
支持车载摄像头模块的声学辅助设计(如麦克风阵列集成、主动降噪)。
Support acoustic auxiliary design for automotive camera modules (e.g., microphone array integration, active noise cancellation).
2、信号处理与算法 / Signal Processing & Algorithms
开发超声波回波信号处理算法(时域/频域滤波、多路径干扰抑制、测距精度优化)。
Develop ultrasonic echo signal processing algorithms (time/frequency-domain filtering, multipath interference suppression, ranging accuracy optimization).
协同算法团队完成多传感器融合的声学数据标定与补偿。
Collaborate with algorithm teams for acoustic data calibration and compensation in multi-sensor fusion.
3、测试与验证 / Testing & Validation
主导声学性能测试(消声室/混响室实验、声压级测量、振动模态分析)。
Lead acoustic performance testing (anechoic/reverberation chamber experiments, SPL measurement, vibration modal analysis).
制定生产线的声学参数自动化检测与校准方案。
Develop automated acoustic parameter testing and calibration solutions for production lines.
4、跨学科协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration
与硬件团队合作优化PCB布局(降低电磁干扰对声学信号的影响)。
Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize PCB layout (minimizing EMI impact on acoustic signals).
支持NVH团队分析电子模块的振动噪声源,提出声学阻尼解决方案。
Support NVH teams in analyzing vibration/noise sources and propose acoustic damping solutions.
5、可靠性研究 / Reliability Research
评估极端环境(高低温、湿热、盐雾)对声学元件性能的影响。
Evaluate the impact of extreme environments (temperature, humidity, salt spray) on acoustic component performance.
三、任职要求 / Qualifications
1、教育背景 / Education
本科及以上学历,声学、机械工程(振动方向)等相关专业。
Bachelor’s or higher in Acoustics, Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering (Vibration), or related fields.
英语能力 / English Proficiency:
有良好的英语阅读能力,能够阅读相关技术文档。
Strong English reading skills, capable of understanding technical documentation.
