The Legal Intern will assist the Attorney on various matters, including document translation, contract review, contract filing and legal issue analysis etc.
What you'll do:
1.Translating legal documents from Chinese to English or English to Chinese;
2.Drafting, reviewing contracts assigned by the Attorney;
3.Conducting legal research on legal issues from internal clients, analyzing information and summarizing findings;
4.Other duties as assigned

What to bring:
1.Student majoring in Law from well-known university, senior student is preferred;
2.Internship experience in law firms or foreign invested companies is preferred;
3.Detail-orientated and a quick learner;
4.Good English skills in written is required;
5.Able to work at least 3 days a week for 5 months.
