1. Communicate between customers and manufacturing facilities (abroad) for customer inquiries, quotations, POs, deliveries, payments, quality related reports, notifications, etc.
2. Facilitate data processing and analysis to support customer needs, business reporting, evaluation and decision making.
3. Support account managers for customers and/or manufacturing facilities’ requirements.
4. Build customer relationships to improve customer experience with CoorsTek.
4. Provide assitance to office manager on administrative and business assignments.
5. Other tasks assigned by manager.
