We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Customer Success Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with current restaurant clients to ensure their satisfaction, upselling additional services, and focusing on client retention. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance their business operations.
What You’ll Do:
-Handle customer escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
-Act as a liaison between restaurant owners and internal teams, advocating for the customer's needs and ensuring prompt resolution.
-Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and providing accurate and helpful information.
-Identify and understand customers' needs and upselling opportunities, proactively offering additional products or services that align with their requirements.
-Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively implementing upselling strategies.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, resolutions, and upselling opportunities.
-Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide exceptional customer service.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
-Strive to provide top-notch service, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
What You Need:
-Proven 1–2 years of sales experience in the similar industry
-Language: Mandarin, Cantonese is preferred, English is a plus
-Excellent oral expression skills, able to express ideas clearly and logically
-Knowledge of sales process, sales cycle, and sales methodologies
-extensive product knowledge, keen insight, strong communication skills, and excellent adaptability.
-Proven record to hit sales targets
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Ability to work 2 pm EST to 10 pm CST (night shift)
-Ability to work on computers, as well as Google, O05ce, and CRM software

工作职责

- 担任餐厅老板与内部团队之间的联络人,为客户需求发声,确保问题得到及时解决。
- 运用出色的沟通技巧与客户有效互动,展现同理心,积极倾听,并提供准确有用的信息。
- 识别并理解客户需求以及追加销售机会,主动提供符合客户要求的额外产品或服务。
- 通过有效实施追加销售策略,完成个人和团队的销售目标。
- 准确记录客户互动情况,包括投诉、解决方案和追加销售机会。
- 不断更新产品知识,了解行业趋势,以提供卓越的客户服务。
- 与跨职能团队协作,推动流程改进,提升客户体验。
- 努力提供一流服务,超越客户期望。
任职要求
- 具有1 - 2年类似行业的销售经验。
- 语言:普通话,会粤语者优先,懂英语更佳。
- 具备出色的口头表达能力,能够清晰、有条理地表达想法。
- 了解销售流程、销售周期和销售方法。
- 拥有丰富的产品知识、敏锐的洞察力、出色的沟通能力和优秀的适应能力。
- 有达成销售目标的良好记录。
- 具备独立工作以及团队协作的能力。
- 能够在美东时间下午2点至北京时间晚上10点(夜班)工作。
- 能够熟练使用电脑,以及谷歌办公软件、微软办公软件和客户关系管理(CRM)软件。
