We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Account Manger Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with new restaurant clients to ensure their satisfaction, upselling additional services, and focusing on client retention. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance their business operations.
What You’ll Do:
-Oversee onboarding communications, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions for new clients.
-Handle customer escalations swiftly and professionally, addressing concerns and resolving them to the customer's satisfaction.
-Serve as the key liaison between restaurant owners and internal teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring quick resolution of issues.
-Leverage strong communication skills to engage with customers and fulfillment services, practicing active listening and providing accurate, helpful information.
-Identify customer needs and upselling opportunities, proactively recommending additional products or services that align with their requirements.
-Meet both individual and team targets by successfully applying upselling strategies.
-Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, resolutions, and upselling opportunities.
-Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to ensure exceptional customer service.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
-Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering top-tier service.
What You Need:
-Proven 1–2 years of sales experience in the similar industry
-Language: Mandarin, Cantonese is preferred, English is a plus
-Excellent oral expression skills, able to express ideas clearly and logically
-Knowledge of sales process, sales cycle, and sales methodologies
-extensive product knowledge, keen insight, strong communication skills, and excellent adaptability.
-Proven record to hit sales targets
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Ability to work 2 am to 10 am (night shift)
-Ability to work on computers, as well as Google, Office, and CRM software

工作职责
负责新客户的接入系统沟通工作，确保新客户顺利、高效地完成对接。
迅速且专业地处理客户投诉，关注客户问题并令其满意解决。
担任餐厅老板与内部团队之间的关键联络人，为客户需求发声，确保问题快速解决。
运用出色的沟通技巧与客户及履约服务部门沟通，积极倾听，提供准确且有用的信息。
识别客户需求和追加销售机会，主动推荐符合客户需求的额外产品或服务。
通过成功实施追加销售策略，完成个人和团队目标。
全面、准确地记录客户互动情况，包括投诉、解决方案和追加销售机会。
及时更新产品知识，了解行业趋势，以确保提供卓越的客户服务。
与跨职能团队合作，实施流程改进，提升客户体验。
始终努力提供卓越服务，超越客户期望。
任职要求
具有 1-2 年类似行业的销售经验。
语言：普通话，会粤语者优先，懂英语更佳。
具备出色的口头表达能力，能够清晰、有条理地表达想法。
了解销售流程、销售周期和销售方法。
拥有丰富的产品知识、敏锐的洞察力、出色的沟通能力和优秀的适应能力。
有达成销售目标的良好记录。
具备独立工作以及团队协作的能力。
能够在凌晨 2 点至上午 10 点（夜班）工作。
能够熟练使用电脑，以及谷歌办公软件、微软办公软件和客户关系管理（CRM）软件。
