Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the head office digital team to understand the capabilities, features, and roadmap of the enterprise applications.
2. Collaborate with local end-users to gather requirements, identify pain points, and document business processes.
3. Configure and customize the applications to meet the specific needs of the local business units, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
4. Provide end-user training and support, including developing training materials, conducting workshops, and offering one-on-one assistance.
5. Monitor application usage and performance and provide feedback to the head office team to drive continuous improvement.
6. Troubleshoot technical/network issues and coordinate with the head office team to resolve problems in a timely manner.
7. Recommend process improvements and suggest new features or functionalities to enhance the user experience and business outcomes.
8. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency across the organization.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the enterprise applications.
10. Leading for IT Compliance like Anti-piracy, GDPR, MLPS, Data Across Board and Cyber Security.
11. Coordinate with local IT teams/IT helpdesk to help control IT costs, track and resolve IT critical issues, manage IT FA and IT accessories like copiers, cell phones, etc.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Digital & IT Engineer
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Experience in providing end-user training and support
7. Familiarity with project management principles and change management processes
8. Knowledge on Network, API data exchange and generative AI.
9. Good at the English (verbal and written)
10. On-job training will be provided for candidate with less experience
