Description:
-Improve productivity::Efficiency improvement forr manufacturing process by IE tools and automation development；
-Capacity study and monitor::Implementation for capacity enlarging to meet deliver requirement from customer；
-Support Production& Quality control::Optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect and High RPN in PFMEA；
-Lead Lean Production in Plant::Continuously improve for the layout, process flow, WIP reduction, space, material handling& providing line architecture etc. by Lean methodology；
-Smart Factory& Digital solution development::Deploy advanced manufacturing technology and digital solution (Robot, AI, AGV, Automation, MES etc. )
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical-electronics or Mechanics orr Industrial Engineering
-2-5yrs experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis
- Good at written and spoken English
-Have background in Lean methodology or digitalization
