工作职责:
通过开发高效的数据处理系统、自动化工具及系统间集成接口，打通企业数据流与业务流程，支撑数字化转型，实现数据价值化、流程自动化、系统互联化。
To enable enterprise digital transformation by developing efficient data processing systems, automation tools, and system integration interfaces, achieving data monetization, process automation, and system interoperability.
1. 系统集成开发
- 设计并开发RESTful API/Web服务，实现ERP、CRM等业务系统数据互通；
- 维护消息队列（如Kafka/RabbitMQ）确保数据实时同步；
- 编写接口文档并制定调用规范；
1. System Integration Development
- Design and develop RESTful APIs/web services for ERP/CRM interoperability
- Maintain message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for real-time data synchronization
- Document APIs and establish calling standards
2. 数据与报表开发
- 构建数据仓库模型（维度建模/星型 schema）；
- 开发动态可视化报表（Power BI/Tableau/帆软）；
- 优化ETL流程，提升数据处理效率；
2. Data & Reporting Development
- Build data warehouse models (dimensional modeling/star schema)
- Develop interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/FineReport)
- Optimize ETL pipelines for improved processing efficiency
3. 自动化开发
- 使用Python/RPA工具（UiPath/影刀）实现业务流程自动化；
- 开发运维脚本（如日志监控、自动备份）；
- 设计自动化测试框架支持CI/CD；
3. Automation Engineering
- Implement workflow automation using Python/RPA tools (UiPath/WinActor)
- Develop Ops scripts (log monitoring/auto-backup)
- Design automated testing frameworks for CI/CD
4. 技术运维支持
- 排查接口异常与数据链路故障；
- 监控系统性能并优化代码/数据库查询；
4. Technical Operations Support
- Troubleshoot API exceptions and data pipeline failures
- Monitor system performance and optimize code/DB queries
任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历
College degree or above
2. 至少1年工作经验
At least 1 year working experience
3. 会一门公共开发语言（Phython, Java）
Know a common programming language( Phython or Java)
4. 会数据库脚本开发（SQL）
Know database programming (SQL script)
5. 具有快速学习能力以及需求解析能力
Be a fast learner and have customer needs understanding
6. 具有自主性，抗压能力强
Proactive/ self-driving, high-pressure resilience
