Job summary职位概述:
Drive CP toothbrush innovations & Business for the high growth markets, be responsible for new material development, TB spec management and support to drive GTC quality enhancement
Essential job functions主要工作职责:
- Support CP manual toothbrush material development to support new concept & new design opportunity
- Products Spec System, PDM ,ensure meet CP Quality and safety system requirement and product needs
- Support new material innovation, new decal/decoration/bristle etc. development, sustainable materials, external partners building and strengthen
- Support CP toothbrush decal/decoration/bristle material sourcing and funding the growth projects
- Understand basic production safety/quality/compliance knowledge, and complete relevant training
KPI’s impacted by position 关键绩效指标：
- Deliver new products grids & FTG by material development
- Well manage PDM material and TBQC Spec system
- Ensure new material quality and safety meet CP and regulatory requirements
