Part-time Lecturer or above in Chinese Language and Culture Centre
Beijing Normal – Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU) invites applications for the position of Part-time Lecturer or above in Chinese Language and Culture Centre, which is expected to be filled in September 2025:
Job Description
1. Responsible for teaching ideological and political education courses, in addition to elective courses.
2. Contribute to curriculum design, development of teaching materials, and other related tasks.
3. Engage in research, teaching, and cultural activities within the university.
4. Undertake other tasks assigned by the Centre and School.
Job Requirement
1. Possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field of humanities and social sciences, such as Chinese history, Chinese philosophy, History of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), History of the People's Republic of China (PRC), Marxism, Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE), Sociology, and more.
2. Have very good English language skills and the ability to teach courses in English.
3. Possess teaching experience and have a good record of teaching and learning in relevant academic areas.
4. Good computer skills and proficient in using teaching software and AI tools.
5. CPC members are preferred.
6. Active thinking and strong ability to update knowledge.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and cooperation
8. Possess strong affinity and get along well with students.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
