Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
61 Transact China on-cycle and off-cycle payroll
61 Work closely with payroll provider for monthly payroll calculation and payment
61 Be responsible for the monthly/annually tax reporting to tax bureau
61 Work with bank for employees’ RSU/ESPP payment release
61 Work closely with Finance GL team on payroll accounting and general ledger reports, annual leave and bonus accruals
61 Work closely with HR to execute time and attendance processing and interface with HR in daily work.
61 Timely answer and solve employees’ questions related to payroll
61 Researches, analyses, and resolves payroll-related problems or questions by collecting and analyzing information.
61 Communicate with employees and other departments to answer questions and resolve problems.
61 Maintains employees’ confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
61 Follow policies and procedures; develop and/or recommend new or revised procedures for improving the overall payroll department.
61 Assist other APAC countries’ payroll and China time tracking as the backup role
61 Participate in ongoing payroll projects & Interacting with internal and external auditors as required
61 Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
61 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing factory payroll or HR
61 Experience in time and attendance management and system is preferred.
61 Good comments in spoken and written English
61 Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
61 Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency
