Accountability:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, HR-related activities and projects, and administrative tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop professional skills.
Responsibilities:
61 Manage job postings on various job boards.
61 Utilize job boards to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
61 Perform phone interviews for junior level positions and shortlist candidates.
61 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
61 Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines.
61 Compile and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on hiring activities and trends in the APAC region.
61 Support other HR programs or projects.
Qualifications:
61 Currently pursuing a degree or master’s degree at a university.
61 Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
61 Logic thinking and good at analytical skills.
61 Curiosity and proactivity in tackling new challenges.
61 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
61 Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of Human Resources.
