Main Responsibilities 主要职责
工作职责包含新机器的安装，调试，培训及验收， 现有机器的维修，搬移, 客户培训, 预防性维护, 生产效率提高(PIPs),备件需求建议，前瞻性的服务项目及维护计划推荐. 北区出差占比70%，其余时间无需坐班。
Responsibilities 具体职责
1 Machine Installations 机器安装
-Communication with team leader and DF to prepare the task with all necessary documentation, tolling和主管沟通任务，做好现场工作的必要文件，信息及工 具准备
-Supervise and assist rigging contractor of customer for machine position.指导及协助客户起重人员进行机器就位。
-Install equipment and assemble the auxiliary parts 安装机器和装配附件
-Setup equipment and perform mechanical checks.调试及机器检查
-Record the daily job with time consume，control the work progress and report the critical case and difficulty in time 按要求记录工作进度，及时报告异常问题及工作困难
2 Daily machine Repair and service 日常机器维修服务
-Contact the customer with person in charge to understanding machine situation.联系客户相关负责人了解情况
-Prepare the intervention with necessary documentation, tooling and related information 做好现场工作的必要文件，信息及工 具准备
-Predication problem; troubleshoot.故障判断和处理
-Repairs machine and/or request to order parts.修理机器及/或建议订购零件
-Observes machine in production to confirm repair 观察机器运行状态及确认机器修复
3 Preventive Maintenance, inspection and performance improvement 预防性维护，检查及机器性能提升
-Inspection and evaluation machine.检查及评估机器状态
-List the parts to be repairs in order of urgency 准备紧急情况下的修理清单
-Suggest the service to be applied and parts list to be replaced to recover the machine function fully. 建议服务需求及备件替换来恢复机器所有功能
-Promote the machine upgrade and retrofit to improve machine performance 推荐机器功能升级及改造来提高机器性能及产出 。
-Review meeting with customer to summarize the machine situation and follow up before departure.工作完成离开前召***议总结服务状态及后续跟进。
4 Training Customer客户培训
-Operation and process training 工艺操作培训
-Maintenance training 维修培训
Requirements:
-Collage technical degree or above is preferred. 大专技术学历及以上
-Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience, in a similar role, the printing and converting equipment industry is preferred 5年及以上类似技术工作经验印刷和包装行业优先，会PLC
