Responsibilities
- Coordinating the annual and Mid-term (3 Years) plan process with consolidation for Profit Center Asia with 4 sub-PCs (PC PLW China, PC PUE China, PC India, PC Thailand) according to Group policies and time schedule.
- Periodic financial reporting include but not limited to bi-weekly volume forecast, monthly rolling forecast, account receivables collection and ageing, inventory report, investment report, cost development report, reconciliation and deviation report, quarterly IFRS reporting incl. Inter Company reconciliation; deliver the consolidated result for PC Asia to the Group in a timely manner.
- Monitor and oversee on-time delivery of reporting from sub PCs, sending reminder to Profit Centers if necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy on reporting submitted by all sub PCs before they are consolidated for Asia’s management review and comment for necessary adjustments to sub PCs.
- Responsible for the Deviation analysis (with comments) against month and annual budget and rolling forecast for preparing the monthly Management review meeting package for PC Asia.
- Act as a coordinator in Finance and Controlling of Asia Office to ensure the on time transfer of management reporting data to group, ensure the data alignment and consistency of reporting delivered by Controllers of all Profit Centers in MIS (Group management reporting system).
- Prepare relevant instructions for any new requests related to management reporting from Headquarter in Switzerland to sub PCs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Controlling or above, preferably with CPA, CMA or equivalent
- At least 5 years and management reporting experience in a multinational company environment
- A hands-on role with experience on using Hyperion or other equivalent reporting tool
- Task orientated, well organized with discipline, detailed mindset, positive and pro-active and good interpersonal skills
- Logically and business acumen, strong ability to interpret financial data
- Good command of English and Mandarin, speaking and in writing
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, PPT skills is preferred

- 英语流利，具备良好的书面和口头表达能力，能够处理跨国业务。
- 良好的团队合作精神，适应快节奏的工作环境。
