61 Respond to customer inquiries during usage via online channels
61 Operate the management system
61 Receive information from partners, collaborate with the technical department to resolve issues, and provide feedback to the partners
61 Complete relevant reports
Job Requirements
61 College degree or higher
61 Proficiency in English is a must (preferably with knowledge of additional languages)
61 Ability to work night shifts (Three shifts per day, each 8 hours: 7:00-15:00; 15:00-22:00; 22:00-7:00), rotating shifts, with one night shift every three days, and a rest day following the night shift
61 Good communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills
61 Proficient in office computer software
61 Honest, friendly, patient, lively, and cheerful
