Responsibilities
Training courses delivery:
-Deliver training courses, through online platforms or offline sessions, covering front line retail teams and online sales teams.
-Implement coaching sessions to enhance sales performance with collaborations with sales teams.
-Manage digital training tools and enhance online training result.
Sales channel business supporting by coaching and in-store training:
-To check training results, service standards and the mastery of selling skills by store visiting, online checking, follow up with coaching and enhancement actions.
-Collecting successful sale cases and to share with sales teams as supplementary materials.
-Support sales channel key activities.
Training plans programs support :
-Support training material localization based on HQ training guideline and business expectations.
-Build up training plans based on product launch schedule, business targets, service and operation expectations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree
-3 years relevant retail experience and understand the operational procedures.
-Brand knowledge, story telling and quick learner of product knowledge.
-Possess knowledge with site monitoring, proactive to get research and related optimize solution by consumer behavior, sales and branding performance.
-Good communication skill, flexible to adapt in multi-culture environment, logical thinking quality. English written and reading ability.
