Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：
Program Controller is in charge of financial aspects for one or several programs (depending on their size and complexity) in order to monitor, assess and support the optimization of the program's/s' profitability and cash.
项目财务控制员负责一个或多个项目（具体取决于项目的规模和复杂程度）的财务相关事务，以便对项目的盈利能力和现金状况进行监控、评估，并为实现其优化提供支持。
Job Responsibilities工作职责：
1. Program 项目方面
Validate each gate (program phase) at economic level;
从财务层面验证每个项目的关键节点和阶段;
Produce and comment on standard program reporting to the program team, the Division and the Business Group;
编制和准备标准项目报告，并向项目团队、中国区以及业务团队作出说明；
Participate in profitability and cash improvement actions (make-or-buy decisions, etc.);
参与提升盈利能力和现金状况的相关行动（如自制或外购决策等）；
Ensure that Company assets are optimized in the program;
确保公司资产在项目中得到优化；
Support, coach and challenge the program team on all financial matters;
在项目财务的财务角度，为项目团队提供支持、指导并提出质疑；
Contribute to the Budget and the Medium Term Plan (MTP) processes;
项目相关内容的预算以及中期规划（MTP）数据和报表准备；
Propose business tools and system improvements relevant to programs.
针对项目情况，提出相关的改进建议。
PT and tooling sales, cost SP,BDT, FC and ACT control and follow up
及时准备，控制和跟踪模具和样件的预算，预测和实际发生情况
2. Acquisition 收购方面
Collect& prepare acquisition database for controlling supervisor to set up BP;
收集和准备报价项目的相关数据，模拟BP， 并汇报；
Get align with relevant depts of acquisition data;
与负责相关提供报价项目数据的部门进行Review, 并最终达成一致
Give improvement solution of BP Logic
提出BP相关逻辑的改进方案。
Serial life 产品生命周期方面。
Assist Industrial controller release standard cost of new program ERP setup
协助工厂财务SAP新项目标准成本释放；
Finish plant R&D database monthly
完成每月研发相关的数据收集和准备；
Collect timesheet of program team weekly
每周收集项目团队的工时记录。
Program change Profitability simulation and related cost control
对项目的变更进行盈利能力模拟以及相关的成本控制。
3.Others 其他方面
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
确保严格遵守健康、安全与环境（HSE）方面的规章制度；
Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the management standard;
根据管理标准，在授权范围内处理公司的财务和资源问题；
Other assignments given by line manager.
完成直线经理安排的其他工作任务；
Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implementation in plant.
配合在工厂实施 16949 质量管理体系、ISO14001 环境管理体系、ISO 45001 职业健康安全管理体系以及工厂执行系统（FES）
4. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.
确保严格遵守公司的道德准则、管理规范、规章制度、价值观以及员工手册。
Skills & Knowhow技能和知识：
Basic knowledge on financial and taxation area;
基本财务理论及税务知识；
Qualified skills of office software such as Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练运用办公软件；
Familiar with ERP system or SAP is preferred;
熟悉ERP系统或SAP系统者优先；
Strong analytical ability;
较强的数据分析能力；
Qualifications 任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in financial or related majors;
本科及以上学历，财务或相关专业；
At least 1-year costing or finance related experience in manufacturing industry;
至少有一年制造业成本核算或财务相关工作经验。
