SCOPE AND GOALS OF THE POSITION
61 Responsibility about coordination of activities meant to achieve the product and process quality levels foreseen by the project and aimed to guarantee customer Satisfaction.
Assure that the project development activities are run according to the expected development rules (Brembo Project Development System).
61 Risk chaser, avoid taking unnecessary risks for the project (design, process, Quality costs, timing)
61 Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects. Comunication and implementation of the quality requirement from customer.
RESULTS AREA
1. Responsibility about coordination of activities meant to achieve the product and process quality levels foreseen by the project and aimed to guarantee customer Satisfaction. Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects
2. Assurance that the project development activities are run according to the expected development rules (Brembo Project Development System).
ACTIVITIES
A. Set and Monitor the Quality planning for the project to reach the Quality and cost targets. Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave .
B. Ensure that novelty on product and process are taken into account in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV.
C. Verify Lesson learn have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN and respected.
D. Challenge other project members on their activities following the Brembo gate checklist Standard.
E. Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test results.
F. Update the quality documents following a product / process related change. Define Prototype, pre serial and serial control plan as owner of this project gate.
G. Ensure consistency between the Special product &process Characteristic , FMEA and control plan.
H. Support the inspection an report of Internal & Customer sample parts and make them deliverable. Support SQE on supplier activities from project point if needed.
I. Follow up customer audit in the developing period. Ensure that all the issues are in the PDCA list of issues and managed by project team or plant team
J. Ensure Brembo problem resolution tool is used on quality incident.

Company dedicated in the development, manufacturing and sales of the automobile brake systems and its components. Now there is over 1000 employees.The major products are: modular brake assembly, caliper assembly, drum brake assembly, brake disc, brake drum, brake pump and cylinder assembly, and clutch cylinder assembly,mainly product the casting of braking disc, and many foreign Foundry experts works here for technical support for a long time.
