To provide professional & excellent service to Dorel regions in product development; material quality validation and suppliers management.
为Dorel各业务区域提供专业优质的产品开发;布料质量验证和供应商管理服务。
Key responsibilities 主要职责
1. Work with Dorel regions and Textile Sourcing & Development Team to develop and approve fabric and trimmings.与Dorel各区域以及布料采购&开发团队合作开发并批核布料和辅料。
2. Manage fabric and trim suppliers’ relationship when quality issues arise. Participate quarterly staircase rating and drive supplier performance improvement.维护面辅料供应商与成品供应商的合作并协调处理质量问题。参与季度阶梯评定并推动供应商绩效改进。
3. Take lead on solving material quality issues at suppliers and support BU07s to manage suppliers’ cooperation issues related to quality.主导解决供应商布料质量问题并对业务部门在管理供应商品质相关的合作问题上提供支持。
4. Plan and manage testing for all fabrics & trims to ensure all meet Dorel Requirements.计划和管理所有面料和辅料的测试,以确保符合Dorel要求。
5. Responsible for fabric & trimming Homologation & annual test, support SQE or Division colleague search for material test report.负责跟进面料和辅料的开发和年度测试,支持SQE或部门同事查找材料测试报告。
6. Support Soft goods Engineer in approving Golden Sample/RTP Sample at current or new appointed Asian direct soft goods suppliers to Dorel factories (DPT and Columbus).协助软件工程师审批原有或者新指定的亚洲直接软件供应商为Dorel工厂(DPT和Columbus)提供的标准样品/RTP样品。
7. In the event of product and/or process non-conformance as from inspection, audit, customer complaints and/or division’s (DPT and Columbus Manufacturing) incoming inspection (NCR), is responsible for following NCR/CAR procedure to work with vendor and other Dorel Juvenile colleagues on root cause identification, Corrective and Preventive actions (CAP) driving, approval and implementation verification. 如果由于检验、审核、客户投诉和/或部门(DPT和Columbus Manufacturing)进料检验(NCR)而导致产品和/或工艺不符合时,负责按照NCR/CAR流程与供应商和Dorel Juvenile的其他同事一起进行根本原因识别、纠正和预防措施(CAP)推动、批准和实施验证。
8. Engineering Changes / VAVEs/EPPOs – Support Soft Goods Engineer using same process as NPD07s Validations. Golden/RTP Sample when needed.工程变更/ VAVEs/EPPOs -任何工程变更/ vave / eppo 需要时,协助软件工程师根据产品开发流程进行验证。。
Requirements:
1. College degree or above(Junior、Senior) in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade 工程(纺织)类专业、工商管理、国际贸易专业大专以上学历大三、四年级在校生
2. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 熟练使用Office办公软件
3. Good English level ,Minimum of CET-4良好的英语水平,大学英语四级以上
