Job Responsibilities:
Participate and assist in the operation of existing systems according to the business development needs of Tektronix China and the guidance of the manager. Collect and organize change requests, starting from document management, meeting minutes, and action plan tracking, fully utilizing subjective initiative—learning through participation.
Monthly participation in collecting business requirements, organizing and categorizing them, compiling requirement documents, and actively tracking the progress of digital projects based on feedback from business departments and various functional departments.
After familiarizing with a specific skill related to Power Platform, utilize professional expertise to assist the low-code project leader in handling development, testing, and deployment phases.
Utilize professional expertise to meet the data analysis needs of different teams, achieving data processing and automated report creation (including but not limited to Excel and Power BI).
Assist in organizing daily digital training sessions. Also, help ensure the accuracy of daily communications, meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
Support various digital transformation tasks related to Fortive Group in the above dimensions.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
