o 亲自参与执行关键任务
o 指导和管理 10-50个果农家庭确保葡萄栽培任务得以高质量完成，以身作则并严格遵循公司的高标准技术要求

Requirements:
61 You are in your natural element when living and working full-time in the beautiful, mountainous, and remote wilderness of Shangri-La.
61 You thrive when working outdoor in our demanding but unique 32 Ha of vineyards divided into more than 300 blocks.
61 You are proud and excited to join our viticulture team who produces some of the finest grapes in China.
61 You are curious, outgoing, and keen to learn everyday new skills & knowledge.
61 You enjoy connecting and work with local farmers.
61 You are a fresh graduate or have some previous experiences related to agriculture, viticulture or simply passionate to operate a career conversion into viticulture.
61 You have some conversational English skills or keen to learn English.
Mission:
61 You report to our Viticulturist.
61 You are based full time at the winery.
61 Viticulture cycle:
- You are hands on for some key tasks.
- You will lead by example when training and managing 10 – 50 farmers families to ensure that the tasks are executed in a timely manner while following our viticulture strict and accurate guidelines.
