Role overview
As a corporate development analyst, you will be part of an internal consulting team with high visibility to the executive leadership. You should be comfortable with an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment, drive collaborations for global teams, think independently, and clearly and concisely communicate recommendations supported by detailed analysis and sources.
This position will be initially based in Shanghai (Anting), with the potential to be based in other locations in the longer term (depending on willingness and capabilities).

Roles Responsibilities
1 Support with Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution, performance measurement, and reporting
2 Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, HR, IT, to supports on components of integrations
3 Support the design and implementation of operational initiatives to achieve value
4 Identify new synergies and sources of value enhancement
5 Quantify, track and report on the completion status of initiatives
6 Conduct analysis needed to support initiatives, and responsible for gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to team members or leadership team
7 Participate or lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings
8 Prepare presentation materials to present project recommendations

Requirements
1 Preferably 1-2 years of work experience (preferably, strategy consulting, finance or other relevant experience) with Bachelor’s degree; Fresh graduate would be considered as well
2 Great attention to details
3 Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skill
4 Result driven, good self-discipline, and have high standards in deliverables
5 Adaptable and fast learners
6 Experience in leadership role in work or school setting
7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
