Social Media manager creates, supports & monitors local (specific for China) digital platforms, commands content creation for sales, grows brand awareness, drives traffic and increases customer engagement due to Management demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create qualitative text/photo/video content for digital platforms.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
3. Prepare monthly content plan for social media & weekly update it.
4. Publish 3 times per week social media posts in most popular social networks in China.
5. Conduct quizzes & sweepstakes to increase the number of views & followers.
6. Create an idea for events for guests in 2 Hotels (Republic of Seychelles Islands) one time per week, to increase publications with hashtag in the social networks of guests.
7. Prepare result reports on weekly bases.
8. Pro-active communication to increase Hotels’ reputation and direct sales.
9. Commination with bloggers.
10 The duties can be detailed or changed in sphere of professional responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
- Location: China (any region);
- Chinese / Mandarin – native speaker;
- English / Russian – good command;
- Experience as a SM Mngr in China;
- Proven track record of success;
- Understanding of how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively;
- Good organizational and time management skills.
CONDITIONS
- Official contract and official compensation payment on monthly basis. The level of salary is negotiable.
