1.收到订单后确认订单信息无误后及时录入Epicor并邮件告知我司订单管理经理审核订单.
Entering orders in Epicor in time once confirmed all the information in orders are right and let our Order Management Manager to approve the orders once they have checked and no errors are found.
2.确认是否有足够的库存满足客户的订单,并确认交期.
Confirming if our stocks are enough to meet customers' requested dates.
3.安排出货后告知客户出货信息及***给客户.
Sending shipment information and making invoices to cuistomers once shipped.
4.回复客户的询问,反馈和投诉,在需要时,可以寻求相关部门同事的帮助.
It is necessary for us to seek for assistance from internal relative departments if needed for responding to customers' enquiries, feedbacks or complaints.
5.制作每个月的客户每月信息报告.
Doing customers monthly information reports every month.
6.每年按季度发给客户满意度调查表。
Sending customer satisfaction survey forms to customers quarterly ( in the second week of April, the second week of July, the second week of October and the second week of January ).
7.提供所有客户的询价信息给报价组报价,及参考报价组信息准备报价的成本分析给BD审核通过后转换成CSSG报价给客户.
Providing customers' RFQ information to RFQ team for quoting and preparing the cost analysis to BD to approve, once approved we are available to do the CSSG quotation to customers.
8.将报价信息,订单和客户满意度调查表及时保存到sharepoint.
Saving all quotation documents, orders and customer satisfaction survey feedbacks in sharepoint.
9.处理客户退货事宜并追踪退货回来工厂.
Process customer RTV and forward RMA to customer, follow returned part arriving factory.
Job Qualification:
1. 学历背景: 大专或以上.
Education background: minimum colleague diploma holder or above.
2.具有良好的英文读写及沟通能力.
Excellent command of written English.
3.精通office办公软件.
Good in Microsoft office.
4.积极乐观的态度.
Positive and upbeat attitude.
5.较好的协调和沟通能力.
Good interpersonal skill.
6.工作积极主动,任劳任怨,并且拥有独立的工作思考能力.
