Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责
80Manage large scale system integration project;
80Plan, track, liaise and report project status to stakeholders including PMO Office, client and subcontractors;
80Establish and enforce project management processes, guidelines, protocols (e.g. escalation, quality control, meeting cadences and document sharing platform) across project teams;
80Align project plan across workstreams/subcontractors to ensure dependencies are known and planned against and critical path tasks identified and monitored;
80Identify and analyse project risks and issues and drive resolution across project teams;
80Take lead to carry out project management and administrative duties according to established processes, guidelines and protocols;
80Keep track of resources, budget and timeline to ensure the project could delivery according to the plan;
80Manage client expectation and ensure project deliver according to the tender requirement.
Job Requirements: 岗位要求
80Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or engineering;
8010 years of IT experience or above with 5 years or above experience of project management;
80Experience in managing large scale system integration and complex environment and / or government projects will be an advantage;
80Hand-on experience in large scale IT infrastructure development;
80Hand-on experience in web based and mobile application development will be an advantage;
80Strong vendor management skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractors;
80Good interpersonal and leadership skills;
80Good influencing skills, self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic, patient, positive, flexible, goal driven and result-oriented;
80Excellent verbal and written communication (Cantonese & English) and presentation skills;
80Proficiency technical document writing skills;
80Recognized Project Management certification is a MUST.
