ob Responsibilities: 岗位职责
80Be responsible for the analysis, design and development of system;
80Define development best practices and configuration management processes for the development team;
80Ensure quality programming, system testing and documentation;
80Provide technical advice to Project Manager;
80Provide and explain technical solution to customer based on the user and business requirements;
80Act as a mentor in the development team to coach and motivate junior members;
80Lead the team/sub-team to finish development on schedule;
80Provide user training and prepare training materials;
80Assist Project Manager in project management tasks.
Job Requirements: 岗位要求
80Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
80At least 5 years hand-on application development experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in web or mobile application architecture design and implementation;
80Experience in Automated testing tools and GIT version control;
80Experience in Java / Spring Framework / .NET / Python / Node.js / React / Angular programming languages;
80Practical experience in CI/CD tools, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Linux and Shell Script;
80Experience in implementation using Agile Software Development approach will be an added advantage;
80Good knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL DB;
80Proficiency technical document writing skills;
80Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be a bonus;
80Government project experience is preferred.
