What you can expect:
- A warm welcome: As an International Trainee with a focus on Product Management, you will start on May 1, 2025. Your 24-month trainee program begins with an extensive onboarding in Germany, in Kirchlengern near Bielefeld. Here you will get to know your colleagues from Product Management as well as your individual coach, who will accompany you throughout the entire program.
- An individualized schedule: In the *** 12 months of your trainee journey, you can expect exciting assignments in our Product Management department in Germany. You will also get to know the key interfaces such as sales, marketing and the technical departments. In the second half of your trainee program, you will get to know the tasks and projects in product management in international Hettich companies. You can play an active role in planning your international assignments and get to know countries such as India, China, the USA, Brazil, Italy and Spain.
- Responsible tasks right from the start: After a personal onboarding period, you will quickly take on responsible tasks and projects in the areas of portfolio management (as part of a multi-brand strategy), pricing, global product architecture design and product strategies / roadmapping. Your team and your coach will always have your back. In addition, you can contribute your ideas to the international network exchange on the topics of digitalization, sustainability and brand (#livedigital, #livesustainable, #livebrand).
- A steep learning curve: We work with you to develop your individual development plan and hold regular development meetings with you. Through various learning formats, we not only promote your technical skills, but also your methodological and social skills.
- An exciting future: Your responsible assignments in the international teams will prepare you for your future as a product manager in our global product management network.
The skills you need:
- You have a Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study.
- Ideally, you have some experience in product management or marketing (but this is not a must).
- You can communicate confidently in English and ideally speak a second language.
- Enthusiasm for furniture technology.
- You work in a structured and independent manner, but are also a strong team player and communicator.
- We get furniture moving - the process of creating furniture fittings should arouse your curiosity.
- Independent work and self-organization are a matter of course for you, even when working from home.
