Job responsibilities
1. Take responsibility for Cytiva's eCommerce business execution.
2. Own Cytiva's eCommerce operations, including product management, eCommerce platform management, price maintenance and adjustments, marketing promotions via multiple digital channels, and logistics processes. Lead cross-team collaborations and projects to ensure high-quality operations and continuous optimization.
3. Direct web platform management execution: Optimize and design new web functions based on business requirements. Manage annual contract reviews, new customer profile management, and discount level management from the business side.
Job requirements
1. 生物技术、化学、化工、分子生物学、生物工程、药学等相关专业，或者商科本科及以上学历。
2. 愿意主动学习，有细胞培养、生物发酵、蛋白纯化等相关实验经验优先。
3. 有良好的市场分析能力，沟通能力，具有团队精神。
