长沙理工大学由原电力部、交通部所属长沙电力学院、长沙交通学院合并组建而成,是一所以工为主的多科性大学,具有鲜明的电力、交通、水利等行业特色。电气与信息工程学院是学校的主干学院和国家电力行业人才培养的传统基地之一,始建于1956年长沙水力发电学校的发配电专业,行业特色鲜明,68 年来累计为电力系统输送专门人才3万余人。
电气工程学科具有一级学科博士学位授予权、专业博士学位授予权,设有博士后科研流动站,是湖南省“十四五”重点学科,教育部新一轮学科评估为B。现有双聘院士2人,国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者、“CJ学者奖励计划”特聘教授等国家级高层次人才17人,省部级人才36人,全国高校首批黄大年式教师团队1个。拥有“电网防灾减灾全国重点实验室”“大数据驱动的能源互联网”国家国际科技合作基地及其他省部级平台12个。近五年来,获批国家重点研发计划、自然科学基金重点项目等国家级项目50余项,授权发明专利120余项,出版学术著作20余部,累计到账科研经费 4.2亿元。
现面向海内外公开招聘15名博士后研究人员。学院将为入选者提供具有竞争力的科研条件、学术平台及薪酬待遇,热忱欢迎海内外优秀青年学者加盟,共同服务国家"双碳"战略和现代能源体系建设需求。有关事宜公布如下:
一、招收学科
包括但不限于以下学科:0808电气工程、0858能源动力、0809电子科学与技术、0810信息与通信工程、0811控制科学与工程、0812计算机科学与技术、0804仪器科学与技术、0837安全科学与工程、0854电子信息、0701数学、0830环境科学与工程、1201管理科学与工程。
二、岗位条件
1、爱国守法,品学兼优,身心健康,符合学校师资和学科建设所需的专业基础、研究方向和研究能力。
2、获得国内外博士学位不超过 3 年或即将获得(已通过博士学位论文答辩)博士学位。申请师资博士后的年龄一般不超过32 周岁,申请其他博士后的年龄可适当放宽,但不超过 35 周岁。
3、申请师资博士后的原则上近 5 年内应以第一作者(限排名第一)或第二作者(限博士导师为第一作者且排名第一)发表SCI/SSCI期刊论文或EI收录中文期刊论文及以上层次论文 2 篇。取得海外知名高校博士学位的可适当放宽。申请全职博士后的可适当放宽。
4.符合学校制定的其他准入条件。
三、人才待遇
1、实行“学校基础年薪 学院及合作导师配套”政策。学校为师资博士后提供 20 万元/年基础年薪(税前,含社会保险和公积金个人应承担部分,下同),为全职博士后提供18 万元/年基础年薪;学院为博士后配套资助15万元/年项目经费;合作导师为博士后配套资助的具体金额由博士后与合作导师具体协商决定。
2、在校取得的成果可享受学校的教学科研奖励。
3、学校为外籍、港澳台籍博士后购买商业医疗保险。
4、享受本校职工同等的过渡性住房保障和福利待遇。
5、协助子女入学。
6、支持优秀博士后留校任教。

Changsha University of Science and Technology Postdoctoral Research Station for Electrical Engineering Recruitment Announcement
Changsha University of Science and Technology was formed through the merger of Changsha Institute of Electric Power and Changsha Institute of Transportation, which were directly under the former Ministry of Electric Power and the Ministry of Transport respectively. It is a multi-disciplinary university with a focus on engineering, characterized by its strong ties to the power, transportation, and water conservancy industries. The School of Electrical and Information Engineering is one of the main colleges of the university and a traditional base for talent cultivation in the power industry of the nation. Originated from the Power Generation and Distribution Major of Changsha Hydro-electric Power School founded in 1956, it has a distinct industry focus and has cumulatively supplied over 30,000 specialized talents to the power industry over the past 68 years.
The discipline of Electrical Engineering, recognized as a key provincial discipline in Hunan Province during 14th Five-Year Plan and rated "B" in the latest national assessment by China's Ministry of Education, holds first-level discipline doctorate and professional doctorate conferring authorities, offers professional doctoral programs, and it is equipped with a postdoctoral research station. Currently, the discipline is supported by a distinguished faculty team including 2 dual-appointed academicians, 17 national-level talents (such as recipents of National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars of China and and Cheung Kong Scholars Programme of China), 36 provincial/ministerial-level talents, and the first nationally recognized Huang Danian-style teaching team. Furthermore, the discipline boasts 12 platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Disaster Prevention and Reduction for Power Grid, the International Cooperation Base of National Science and Technology for Big Data-Driven Energy Internet, and other provincial and ministerial-level platforms. Over the past five years, it has been approved over 50 national research projects, including those from the National Key Research and Development Program and key projects of the Natural Science Foundation, obtained more than 120 invention patents, published over 20 academic monographs, and accumulated a total research funding of 420 million yuan.
We are now recruiting 15 postdoctoral researchers from both home and abroad. The college will provide competitive research conditions, academic platforms, and compensation packages for the selected candidates. We warmly welcome outstanding young scholars to join us in serving the national "dual carbon" strategy and the construction needs of modern energy system. Relevant details are as follows:

II. Job requirements
1. Must be patriotic and law-abiding, be morally exemplary and academically outstanding, be in good physical and mental health, and meet the professional foundation, research direction and research capabilities aligned with needs for the university’s faculty development and discipline construction .
2. Obtained a doctoral degree at home or abroad within 3 years or is about to obtain a doctoral degree (has passed the doctoral dissertation defense). For Faculty Postdoctoral positions, applicants are generally required to be under the age of 32; the age limit for other postdoctoral positions shall not exceed 35.
3. Meet other admission requirements set by the university.
III. Talent treatment
1. Employ the "School Base Annual Salary Package College and Collaborating Mentor Support" policy. The school provides a base annual salary of 200,000 yuan per year (pre-tax, including social insurance and individual contributions to housing fund, hereinafter the same) for faculty postdocs, and a base annual salary of 180,000 yuan per year for full-time postdocs; the college provides a supporting project funding of 150,000 yuan per year for postdocs; the specific amount of supporting funding provided by collaborating mentors is determined through negotiation between the postdoc and the mentor.
2. The achievements made in school can enjoy the university’s teaching and research awards.
3. Commercial medical insurance will be purchased by school for foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan citizen postdocs.
4. Enjoy the same transitional housing and welfare benefits as the staff of the university.
5. Children enrollment to school will be assisted.
