【工作内容】
- 负责建筑项目的PC（预制混凝土）构件深化设计，确保设计方案满足结构安全、施工便利及成本控制的要求。
- 根据建筑设计图纸进行深化设计，包括但不限于PC构件的尺寸、形状、连接方式等细节设计。
- 与建筑师、结构工程师、项目经理及其他相关方紧密合作，确保设计方案得到各方的认可。
- 制作详细的PC构件加工图和技术说明文档，为生产和施工提供准确的技术指导。
- 参与PC构件的生产过程监督及现场安装指导，解决施工过程中出现的技术问题。
- 对PC构件的设计方案进行成本估算，并提出优化建议以降低成本。
【任职要求】
- 拥有土木工程、建筑工程或相关领域的大专及以上学历。
- 熟悉PC构件的设计原理、生产工艺及施工流程，具有相关行业工作经验者优先。
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、Teklat等专业软件进行深化设计。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门和团队成员有效协作。
- 工作态度认真负责，具备较强的解决问题能力和创新思维。

We are seeking a highly experienced Tekla Precast Concrete Detailer to join our diverse team of dedicated and motivated professionals. This position requires strong skills in Tekla Structures software. The ideal candidate must be efficient and detailed-oriented and must be an organized self-starter who needs little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Use Tekla Structures to produce complete sets of precast concrete BIM details based on client specifications and requirements.
Use our company's standard details, code requirements, standard BIM practices, and previous experience to produce precast concrete BIM details in coordination with the Detailing Department Manager, Project Lead Engineers, and other Tekla Detailers.
Produce BIM details accurately, on time, and on budget.
Qualifications:
Must be able to read drawings and technical documents in English.
Must have strong skills in Tekla Structures.
Must have 5+ years of work experience producing complete sets of precast concrete BIM details using Tekla Structures.
Must be willing to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
A degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) is a plus.
Experience with C# coding is a big plus.
Experience reading blueprints is a plus.
Experience with drafting in AutoCAD is a plus.
Experience with advanced functions in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Experience with advanced functions in Bluebeam and/or Adobe is a plus.
