岗位职责 Job responsibility
1. 分析和解决开发过程及量产初期应用中遇到的硬件以及底层软件相关的问题. Analyze hardware and low level SW issues during development phase and early phase of SOP application
2. 支持硬件芯片的替换选型，二供开发，芯片验证计划以及试验结果分析 Support HW chip substitution,2nd supplier development, validation plan and result analysis.
3. 硬件原理图和Layout设计，电路调试和优化 HW schematic design, layout design, circuit debugging, and optimization.
4. 底层硬件驱动软件的参数调试，验证，集成及释放 Application, validation, system integration and release of the HWLib-related parameters.
5. 电控单元系统输出及噪音问题解决方案及实施。 Troubleshooting of performance & acoustics issues in steering control system, implementation of technical solution.
岗位要求Requirements
1. .统招本科及以上学历，电气工程/车辆工程等相关专业；Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, majoring in electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, or related disciplines;
2. 熟练常用硬件开发调试工具如示波器，万用表，信号发生器，焊接等；Proficient in using common hardware development and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and soldering techniques);
3. 熟悉至少一种原理图设计软件；Familiar with at least one schematic design software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.);
4. 英语六级以上；CET-6 certification or equivalent English proficiency;
5. 具有团队合作精神，严谨细致，较强的动手能力，积极主动的学习能力Strong teamwork spirit, rigorous and meticulous work style, excellent hands-on skills, and proactive learning ability.
