采购Purchase
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for categories’ crop and market information analysis report and alert report, keep Group lobal sourcing team informed timely.
2. Quotation and contract, including group demands collection, offer analysis & price negotiation, purchase strategies and contracts proposal with why-why.
3. Overall purchase contracts implementation management, including claims disposal and supplying problem timely alert and resolving through teamwork coordination.
4. New categories purchase development and new supplier development, including investigation, screening, feasibility assessment, onsite visit & audit and trial order management.
5. Supplier relationship management and risk management, including supplier performance assessment, risks identification, risk prevention & control solutions, and critical problems timely alert and effective resolving.
1. 负责冷冻真空干燥、热风干燥、喷雾干燥等脱水蔬菜，水果，香辛香草料等产品的产季调查报告和市场行情分析报告，Data speaking, 及时报告以供采购策略分析和集团业务决策。
2. 供应商报价和合同管理：包括对所负责采购品相根据市场需求与供应商进行询价收集，价格和成本分析，有效采购价格谈判、为集团提供采购策略分析和合同分配建议。
3. 协调团队管理采购合同从供应商到Thrive 集团的顺利实施，并协调处理业务中投诉等问题的解决。
4. 推进新品相采购和新供应商开发，包括供应商信息调查、筛选、可行性评估、现场拜访和审核、试订单管理等。
5. 管理供应商和供应链风险，包括供应商绩效评估和关系管理，供应链中风险识别，风险及时预判和提前防控，及时有效沟通解决采购和物流供应中的各类问题。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master with food science & technology, agriculture, biological chemistry, etc.
2. 1-5 years working experience in agriculture production, food manufacturing, or food ingredients business, or talent new graduates.
3. Goods at English (CET-6) and MS office Software.
4. Adapted to travel extensively.
5. Have ambitions and interest to meet challenges.
6. Straight, honest, open, good interface capability.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master with food science & technology, agriculture, biological chemistry, international trade etc.
2. 1-5 years working experience in agriculture, food manufacturing, or food ingredients business, or talent new graduates.
3. With knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and Quality Management System, such as ISO22000, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC etc.
4. Good skills at English and MS office Software.
5. Able to frequently travel.
6. Have ambitions and interest to welcome challenges.
7. Straight, honest, open, good interface capability.
8. Earnest and responsible, have a strong ability of work under pressure and sense of responsibility, strong principle.
要求:
1. 本科或硕士学位，食品科学与工程、农业、生物化学、国际贸易等相关专业。
2. 1-5年农业生产、食品制造或食品配料行业的工作经验；或优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。
3. 熟悉食品企业质量管理体系和食品行业制造相关知识，理解ISO22000, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC等等。
4. 擅长英语和微软办公软件。
5. 胜任经常出差。
6. 有雄心壮志和兴趣迎接挑战。
7. 正直，诚实，开放，良好的沟通能力。
8. 认真负责，有较强的抗压能力和责任心，原则性强。
