The Junior HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both the human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This position will involve handling a wide range of tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR record - keeping, office management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail - oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate Sourcing:
Thoroughly search resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Leverage professional networking platforms to source passive candidates.
Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates based on pre - defined criteria.
HR Operations:
Compile all necessary onboarding / off boarding documents
Enter and update employee data in the HRS
Internal Trainer (Start Level)
Intention to become an in-house trainer of the company and willing to receive training in professional knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time - management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position is open to fresh graduates.
