What You Will Do
1. Understand functional safety-related product definition, objectives, and design implementation.
2. Assist in writing functional safety documentation and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Support the establishment and maintenance of the functional safety management system.
4. Assist in project management tasks, including project planning and cost reporting and tracking, organizing meetings, and preparing reports. Introduce tools and ads that help the project and resource managers in resource allocation, project tracking, time writing, finance and calculation, risk and project management.
5. Active member of the Project Support Team. Analyze the way of working and provide input for improvements.
What You Need
Hard Skills:
1. Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of circuit design principles and semiconductor development processes.
3. Experience in writing structured and standardized technical documentation.
4. Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
5. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
1. Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
2. Possesses analytical skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches.
3. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
