Job Description:
Responsibility: Responsible for the development, communication, and delivery
of foreign country relocation and temporary assignment programs. Acts as
consultant to staffing, human resources and operations management in the
formation and implementation of relocation offer packages. Other
responsibilities may include the followings: manages special relocation
projects such as group moves, delivers training to management staffs on
relocation guidelines, cost containment programs, and processes. Interprets
corporate HR policies with regard to resolving relocation issues. Interfaces
with functional operations that support relocating employees, i.e. Payroll,
Tax, Accounts Payable. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they
occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their relocation and
immigration needs.
Provide expert advice on immigration laws, visa requirements, and relocation
procedures.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, work permits,
and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate with government agencies, consulates, and other relevant
authorities to ensure timely processing of applications.
Develop and implement personalized relocation plans, including housing,
schooling, and other essential services.
Offer guidance on cultural adaptation and integration into the new community.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, regulations, and
industry trends.
Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the
relocation process.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless
relocation services.
Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the relocation and
immigration process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Law,
Human Resources).
A fast learner to gain In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa
categories, and relocation procedures.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
