The RISE Rotational Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through three 6-month rotations with engineering-focused assignments. The rotations are intended to provide valuable diverse experience and maximize the participant’s learning though hands- on experience, formal training, coaching/mentoring to grow across several functions before settling into best-fitting role for both the individual and the organization. It offers a full-time permanent position with strategic assignments, providing the skills and experience necessary to build a solid career foundation at Littelfuse.
About the Program:
61 18-month program that includes three 6-month rotations
61 Permanent, full-time position and a placement after the development program ends
61 Annual program starts July;
61 Rotations include: Engineering, R&D center, and Advanced Process Development & Automation
About you:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
61 1-3 years of professional working experience
61 Available to work in a full-time role on-site
61 Mechanical design of Non-Standard equipment is preferred
61 Great communication skills and good in English (written and verbal)
61 Flexible and willing to work in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary roles within the company
61 Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment
61 Team player with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
61 Proactive self-developer, eager to make a change
61 Passionate about technology and looking to fast track their career in engineering
61 Willing to relocate for short-term rotational assignments/travel (as needed)
